Beer Bread
Ingredients:
3 Cups self rising flour
1/2 Cup sugar
1 12 oz can of beer
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. In a bowl, stir ingredients together until just moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 45-50 minutes. Brush with melted butter. Let cool for 5 minutes in loaf pan then remove to rack to finish cooling.
