Baked Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients:
6 green peppers
1 bag frozen meatballs
1 jar Spaghetti sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Cut tops off of green peppers and remove seeds. Arrange peppers in a baking dish and fill the cavities with frozen meatballs. Top with sauce. Add 2 Tbsp water to jar of sauce and mix. Pour diluted sauce around the peppers. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through. Serve with rice or pasta.
