Reusable Disposable Tableware

We're all familiar with disposable plastic cups, plates, and cutlery. We use them at picnics, office and birthday parties, and other casual events. Usually, they get tossed in the trash after one use. But there's no reason why we can't wash them off and reuse them, over and over again.

While I normally discourage the purchase of items that add to our landfills, there may be times in our lives when we have no tableware at all. It is better to buy tableware you can reuse rather than one-time-use paper plates.

If you find yourself without tableware, head down to your local supermarket and pick up a few packages of plasticware.
